In today’s men fashion blog we are going to learn how to be happy in your life
So we are going to talk about that thing which everybody wants doesn’t matter how old he is but he wants it.
It is also not a thing which you can buy it should be created.
Also that thing if doesn’t exist in your life, trust me your life is not a life, your dead man, if you want to live then you must need that thing.
So that thing is “HAPPINESS”.
Being happy is not rocket science.
So friends today I am giving you 5 tips in my fashion blog which makes you happy in your life and that happiness is

1: DON’T STRESS
Stress is the biggest enemy of happiness, so the first thing which you should do is don’t stress.
Why should you get stressed? Thinking about problems,
The best way to release stress is to be live in present. Because problems are in future not in present. So sit in one place close your eyes, take a deep breath hold it then release it and you find yourself relax and happy.



2: SPEND TIME WITH PEOPLES WHICH YOU LOVE
The best way to be happy is by spending time with peoples that you love,
Spending time with peoples you love not means only your gf, friends, it is also your parents, relatives, only you had a 
Love is an emotion which automatically generates
So also for love, there is no need to spend any money, just love everybody and you be happy in your life.



3: SING YOUR FAVOURITE SONG
Singing makes you happy. You observe that when your favourite song is playing you automatically sings with it and after your mood is changed and you feel happy.
So whenever your feeling sad, just play your favourite song and sing with it and be happy and enjoy the song.



4: GO ON A WALK
Going on a walk changes your mood, because when you go on a walk you feel the nature, meet with peoples, talk with them and you forgot about your problems and when you forgot about problems creates.
Going on a walk on a regular basis makes you feel calm and relaxed and for being happy you need both, so just walk and be a happy person.


5: SMILE
When you smile your body releases some types of hormones which helps you to feel happy.
According to research for to smile only 2 muscles needed, but for angry face 32 muscles are needed, so tell me what you prefer smile or angry.
1 more thing is that everybody loves a smiling face attractive, so when you smile not only it makes you happy but also attractive.
