Getting a lean body is the dream of every man in the world. But most of them are unable to get it and in the end, they give up and remain in a fat body.
So today I am sharing with you, the mistakes and also sharing tips that benefit me.

blog first of all we started from mistakes we make and then go for tips.
{ MISTAKES }
1: EATING
JUNK FOOD
The most common mistake that almost every man do while developing a lean body is eating
junk food.
Junk food is
the food which is full of fats makes you look fatty and swollen.
If you are the goal is for a lean body then you should avoid junk foods.
But Atharva,
we are hungry and need something which is ready to eat then what do we do? So
rather than eating junk food go for fruits and salads. Fruits and salads are not only killing your hunger but also they are full of vitamins, proteins, and
energy.
According to
study the people who eat fruits and salads have very fewer chances of getting
diseases like diabetes, blood pressure, etc. Also, they help you to improve your immunity which is needed nowadays as you know there is corona outside and the
only weapon we have against him is immunity.
2: NOT
DRINKING ENOUGH WATER
Water helps
you to remain hydrated and also help you to remain lean.
As water is very effective in that it protects your body from storing fat in the skin.
Also
drinking enough water makes your skin glow and also you always look fresh as
sun.
Many times
we think that we are hungry but actually, we are just thirsty so when we drink
enough water, we don’t feel hungry.
BONUS: Rather than drinking cold – drinks, drink water as it contains zero calories.
Also
Cristiano Ronaldo suggests you too avoid coke and drink water.
3: NOT
GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP
Sleep plays
a very important role in your life and body. When we sleep our body starts to
heal itself and also get some rest which results in a good and fit body but
when we don’t get enough sleep our body not get time to heal and rest so then
our body looks bad and also starts to store fat.
On average a man should get a sleep of 6 to 8 hours daily for a good body and lifestyle.
Nowadays we
don’t sleep on time because of smartphones, web series, etc. The blue harmful
rays from the smartphone kill our sleep so for a good sleep you should
stay away from the smartphone screen for more than half-hour.
When you
start to get a sleep of 6 to 8 hours you get noticeable results in a very short
period of time.
So sleep
well.
{ TIPS }
1:
WORKOUT
Being lean is not rocket science but the key to it is a workout and it is the only thing which kills the extensive fat present in the body.
I am not
telling you to join a gym but if you join its good and if you don’t have time
or money for it you can also do cardio, jogging, cycling, trekking or just play
some sports outdoor its also a very easy way to reduce fat as when we sweat our
fats melt and come out of the skin in the form of sweat so the more you sweat
the more you get leaner.
BONUS: Lifting
heavyweights also result in a lean body as to when you lift heavy you need more
strength and for more it body burns the fats.
2: DO
WORKOUT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH
When your stomach is empty and you do any type of exercise your body uses the fat in your
body to produce energy.
So if you want
to burn excess fat in your body uses this tip. It is very beneficial and also
you don’t need to spend money on it as your doing natural remedy not buying
any product like a slim belt or taking supplements.
Also if you want to build some six-packs you should do this as abs workouts are very effective on an empty stomach as compared to fill the stomach.
This trick
has been discovered and suggested by many bodybuilders such as Arnold
Schwarzenegger, Franco Columbu, and Frank Zane say never eat before they worked
out also you should also don’t eat.
3: BE
HAPPY
A person who is happy in his life always remains healthy and fit as compared to a negative or sad person. The reason behind this is that when you are stressed out your body stores the fat and when you are happy the body functions differently as it doesn’t store the fat also it releases the fat and negative things present in your body.
You should
also, remember one thing is that never feel bad about your body or physique as
it makes you feel bad about yourself and also produce stress which is bad for
you are healthy.
